Sir Richard Steele is an independent pub / bar / restaurant with a great beer garden serving all the usual suspects.

Dating back to Victorian times, it has been the heart of the lively ‘Steeles’ Village for generations.

Sir Richard Steele, c. 1627 – 1729 lived on the site of the pub in a quaint old cottage. He was a famous writer and cofounder of the Tatler Magazine and the Spectator.
